Sample availability & charges
Sample support is reviewed against the product, expected order and customization level. Depending on the request, the appropriate option may be a standard product sample, fabric/colour references or a custom prototype. Any applicable sample charge is confirmed before proceeding.
Sample shipping
Shipping is confirmed separately based on destination, sample size/weight and courier service. For courier shipments, a complete serviceable street address may be required. Dispatch timing is confirmed after the sample route is approved.
