Robeorra offers a full-service bulk order capability for universities, schools, choir organizations and international distributors. This page explains MOQ, pricing structure, sample policy, lead times and the end-to-end process for placing large orders.
Order Process — Simple & Transparent
We follow a clear 5-step process so institutions know exactly what to expect from sample to delivery.
1. Inquiry & Requirements
Share design, robe type (bachelor/master/doctoral/choir), fabric choice, color, trims, logo placement and quantity. Attach references if available.
2. Quotation & Terms
We provide an itemized quote including unit price, sample fees, shipping estimate and trade term options (FOB / CIF / DDP).
3. Sample Production
Physical sample or digital mockup is created for approval. Sample lead time: 7–14 days. Sample charges refundable against bulk order in most cases.
4. Production & QC
After sample approval and deposit, in-house production begins with staged quality checks and final inspection photos prior to packing.

Transparent pricing depends on fabric, design complexity and order quantity. Typical pricing tiers below give an example — final quote will be tailored to your exact specifications.

7–14 days (physical) — charges may apply; often refundable against full order.
Small Bulk (25–199 pcs)
12–30 days depending on customization and fabric availability.
Large Bulk (200+ pcs)
25–45 days depending on volume and finishing requirements.
Shipping Options & Incoterms
We support flexible shipping and trade terms. Choose the option that best fits your timeline and budget.
FOB (Factory)
We deliver to the agreed port. Buyer arranges freight from port of origin.
CIF
We arrange freight to destination port and handle cost & insurance to port of arrival.
DDP
Door-to-door delivery including duties — full-service for convenience.
Quality Control & Export Packing
All bulk orders go through multi-stage QC and export-ready packing to ensure garments arrive in perfect condition.
