What We Accept
Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped. Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
What We Don't Accept
Custom orders, bulk orders and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.
Exchange Process
Defective items will be replaced or credited. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.

Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return only if they arrive with a manufacturing defect, wrong color, or incorrect size — provided the error was made on our end. Custom and bulk orders are non-returnable once production begins.
How to Report an Issue
Email us at Sales@robeorra.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the defect or issue, and a brief description. We will respond within 24 hours.
Exchange Process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit. Shipping costs for returns may be covered by Robeorra if the error was on our side.
Important Notes
Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. We do not accept returns after 48 hours of delivery. PO Box addresses are not accepted for return shipments.
