Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Robeorra website, purchasing process, and communication between buyers and Robeorra. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. 1. Introduction Robeorra (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides graduation robes, choir robes, accessories, and custom-made apparel to customers worldwide. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, institutions, and users of the website. 2. Use of Website You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. All content on this website (text, designs, product descriptions) is owned by Robeorra. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to update product information and pricing at any time. 3. Product Information & Custom Orders All products are described to the best of our ability including size, color, fabric, and specifications. Custom-made robes follow buyer-approved artwork, samples, or size charts. Slight variation in color (5–10%) may occur due to fabric dye batches or screen differences. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify all customization details before production. 4. Pricing & Payments All prices are quoted in the currency mentioned on the invoice (USD, GBP, EUR, INR, etc.). Full payment or agreed deposit must be completed before production begins. We accept bank transfers, PayPal/Card payments, and other approved methods. Bank fees, exchange charges, or international transfer charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise. Taxes, duties, and import fees are usually paid by the buyer unless the order is under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). 5. Order Confirmation & Production Orders begin production only after written confirmation and payment receipt. Production times vary based on quantity, customization, and season. Delays caused by customs, weather, logistics carriers, or force majeure are beyond our control. Buyers must review Proforma Invoice (PI) carefully before payment. 6. Shipping & Delivery We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, or sea freight. Shipping time estimates are provided but not guaranteed. Customs clearance delays are the responsibility of the buyer unless order is under DDP. The buyer must provide accurate shipping address and contact details. Risk transfers to the buyer as per agreed Incoterm (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.). 7. Returns & Exchanges Our detailed Returns & Exchange policy is available on a separate page. In summary: Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customized items are non-returnable unless the error is from our side. Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof. 8. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on order stage. 9. Intellectual Property All designs, photos, brand names, and content are the property of Robeorra. No buyer may replicate or reproduce our copyrighted materials without written permission. Logos submitted by buyers must not infringe any third-party rights. 10. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost events, delayed ceremonies, etc.). Our total liability is limited to the value of the order. 11. Privacy & Security We do not share customer information with third parties except logistics providers for delivery. All payment information is processed securely through trusted gateways. We do not store credit card details. 12. Governing Law All transactions, disputes, and agreements are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Indian courts. 13.
