7. Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Certain Robeorra products may be manufactured or customized according to customer specifications.

Custom colors
Custom sizing
Custom embroidery
Logos
Personalized stoles
Institutional designs
Custom choir robes
Custom graduation apparel
Bulk or made-to-order products

Once production has started, customization changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving customization details, including artwork, logos, names, colors, sizes, quantities, and other specifications before production.

Where customer approval is required, production may be based on the specifications approved by the customer.

Custom and personalized products are generally subject to the exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Bulk, Institutional & Distributor Orders

Orders placed by schools, universities, churches, choirs, organizations, distributors, resellers, or other commercial customers may be subject to separate quotation, payment, production, shipping, and return terms.

Where separate written commercial terms have been agreed for an order, those terms may apply in addition to these Terms of Service.

9. Payment

We accept payment methods made available through our online checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly control the systems of those third-party providers.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not successfully completed, we may suspend or cancel the associated order.

Designs

Institutional branding

you represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization to provide that material for use in fulfilling your order.
